Intro Call (Free)
We start with a 20-minute call. No pitch, no pressure. We want to understand your business, your current situation, and whether we're actually the right fit. If we're not, we'll tell you.

Onboarding
We get access to your accounts, clean up any backlogs, and set up your books the way they should be. Most clients are fully onboarded within two weeks.

Monthly Rhythm
Every month, your books are reconciled and you receive a financial summary. You always know where you stand, without having to ask.

Tax Time (Without the Scramble)
Because your books are current all year, tax season is straightforward. We file your returns, flag any planning opportunities, and you're done, without the annual panic.
Ongoing — You Have a Real Accountant
